It seems we’re always striving for a healthy waistline, always. I don’t know about you, but I am, and for reasons other than being a size 2 again. If you’re not, then you should for a whole lot of health reasons–heart and kidney health and overall physiological and emotional health.
SO when I see articles with list of superfoods, I’m automatically drawn to it. Thankfully, I’m a health nut and already eat most (if not all) of the foods on the list. I love (LOVE) edemame and my little baby Arianna loves eating them too! Greek yogurt is a staple in my daily / weekly diet, I love berries, all of them (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries).
Salmon is my favorite fish to cook and eat. It’s packed with lots of vitamins and of course, omega 3 acids and it’s super delicious!
