Cozy nights in are my jam—I like seriously love creating nights in for my little family that creates warm, cozy feelings. Whether we are watching a movie, having a build-your-own pizza party, or having friends over for dinner, I never miss an opportunity to create a warm atmosphere that’s as cozy as cozy can be! I have partnered with Dark Horse Wine to share how I spend cozy night in –something I plan to do more of this winter.

Based in Modesto, CA, Dark Horse winemaker makes a full range of wines from Merlot to Sauvignon Blanc; my favorites are Merlot, Big Red Blend, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Their merlot has this robust, full-bodied, and the flavors are bold and truly one of the best merlots I have had. I literally couldn’t get through the styling and photography without taking sips of wine! Mmmm… so so delish!

While researching for my collaboration with Dark Horse, I was pleasantly surprise to learn that their lead winemaker is a woman, I mean, #GirlBoss and I’m not totally girl fan crazy for her!

Dark Horse recently released their newest wine, Double Down, – a dark, luxurious, and smooth red blend with notes of lush blackberry, toasted oak, and warm brown spice (with just a hint of mocha) – perfect for cozy winter nights, hanging out by the fire, or enjoying a steak dinner. I cannot wait to try Double-Down! With the holidays just around the corner, a bottle of Dark Horse wine makes the perfect hostess gift. Find where to buy near you.
