For the past year, and most recently months, I have been feeling less energized, feeling rundown, and overall just feeling like I’m lacking some energy. I mean, I feel good enough to get up and go, work out from time to time (very infrequently), and very unlike my old bikram yogi self who practiced six days a week. (Ahhh, where is that Glor?)… anyway, I know there is a lot of #selfcare talk happening on social and of course, I understand why that is so much more important today than ever before.
