What if I told you that you can eat your salad with no forks? With SaladPower you totally can, I did! Read on to learn how!
Can I be honest with you? I have never tried any of the pressed juice drinks on the market, never! It’s not because I don’t like pressed juices, or that I don’t want to be healthy. It’s just that sugary drinks are difficult to drink. I strongly dislike sugary drinks (or foods for that matter). As a mom and soon-to-be bride, eating healthy foods is important to my overall mental and physical health. I try my best to make healthier food choices and exercise a couple of times a week when my busy schedule allows it. I’d be honest: sometimes I don’t always make the healthiest of choices.
If you’ve been following me on Instagram then you know that I’m working on losing a few pounds for my upcoming wedding, so when SaladPower reached out to me I was excited to try their veggie+fruit blends. You’re probably like, great, another juice drink. No, it’s quite the opposite actually! SaladPower is a healthier veggie+fruit premium juice company. Their juices are chock full of superfoods veggie blend first, and packed with unbelievable amounts of nutrients and much lower in sugar and calories (95 calories per carton). What I love most about their juices is that all of their produce is handpicked, sustainably sourced, and 100% Non-GMO certified! I mean, you seriously cannot go wrong with any flavor you choose.
SaladPower vegetable and juice blends come in a variety of flavors—veggies + apple, veggies + pineapple, veggies + mango, and just veggies—and makes it easy to drink my salad on the go! With 2.75 servings of veggies, SaladPower has zero preservatives or artificial ingredients are completely gluten-free, paleo-friendly, and vegan. My favorite is the veggies + apple; it tastes just like veggies with just the right amount of natural apple sweetness! So so yum! My super easy yogurt parfait:
32. oz Greek yogurt
1 cup of sliced strawberries
1/2 cup of blueberries
directions: layer ingredients above + enjoy!
I’m not a fan of oats so I skip it and usually would replace with raw, unsalted almonds. I didn’t have almonds, but I did have my SaladPower!
I’m so delighted to have partnered with SaladPower and I’m looking forward to incorporating SaladPower juice blends into my diet. It’s going to be super easy given all the great flavors from their completely drinkable salad+fruit juice blends!
